Transport Charges – 15 Seat Minibuses
£35 per booking – this includes the first 20 miles of your journey
£1.20 for every additional mile
With one fixed wheelchair you have space for 14 minibus seats.
With two fixed wheelchairs you have space for 12 minibus seats
With three fixed wheel chairs you have space for 10 minibus seats
Any group wishing to include more that three fixed wheelchairs must
contact the Transport Co-ordinator prior to booking.
Transport charges – 12 Seat Minibus
£32.50 per booking – this includes the first 20 miles of your journey
£1.20 for every additional mile. Please note this minibus can only take
one fixed wheelchair which takes up the space of three seats.
If you wish to include a wheelchair you must contact our
Transport Co-ordinator prior to booking.
Please note:
To book a minibus your club / group needs to be affiliated to
Age Concern Runnymede at a cost of £13 per annum.
You need to book your trip at least 14 days ahead
There is cancellation charge of 50%
(i.e. £17.50 for the 14 & 15 seat minibuses and £16.25 for the 12 seat minibus) unless your trip is cancelled 14 days ahead.
Charges for mileage will be reviewed quarterly due to the increasing cost
of fuel.
Home Bathing Service
£9.00 per bath.
Handyperson Service
£7.10 for 30 minutes or £10 for one hour plus the cost of any materials required.
Please note there is no call out charge and charges are only made for time spent carrying out the work.
Gardening Service
£10 / hour – Please note our Gardening Service is only available to older people living on a low income, for example people receiving income related benefits.
