Age Concern Runnymede is an independent, registered charity that provides practical support for older people living in Runnymede.
Our Community Support Services aim to help people remain living independently in their own homes.
Community Liaison Officers
Our Community Liaison Officers offer free, independent and confidential advice. They provide information, advocacy and one to one support including form filling, benefit applications and liaising with health and social care services.
They can make home visits, are available at local day centres, or can be contacted by telephone. We have a specialist service for older people with dementia, depression or other mental health difficulties. Our aim is to build long term care through regular home visits and practical support.
